Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the NAVI website (navilearns.com) collects, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website only.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Blaze by Cindahl, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in Norway (org.nr. 830 244 522), Rebækkas gate 21, 1534 Moss, Norway.

What we collect, and why
When you book a demo. The form asks for your name, work email, company, team size, what you’d like to train and an optional note. We use it only to reply to your request, arrange the demo and follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We don’t add you to newsletters or marketing lists, and we never sell your data.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It keeps one small value in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit; your browser deletes it when you close the tab. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Who handles the data for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend delivers demo requests to our inbox.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) hosts our email.
They process the data only on our behalf, under data processing agreements. Some of them are based in the United States; where data is transferred outside the EEA, it’s covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to follow up, and delete them within 12 months if they don’t lead to a customer relationship. Server logs are kept only briefly by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and get a copy of it. Email markus@navilearns.com and we’ll answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
